The SOF Prep Academy is an all-inclusive introduction to the world of Special Operations Forces Selection Process Training. 12+ contact hours a day with active, former and retired SEALs, you will get first hand experience on what is expected of you in your desired field. This course is designed for all military branches, Homeland Defense, Customs, and Independent Contractors working under U.S. State Dept. Contracts

FAQ:

Payment Plans: Yes we offer monthly payment plans. 

Lodging: Stay on site at our Training Center in a 2 bedroom Suite with your own bathroom and living area. 

Meals: 3 Meals a Day prepared by Olympic Athlete Nutritionist (we can accommodate all dietary needs)

Contact Hours: 12+ a Day 

Coach to Participant Ratio: Seven to one, with 1 on 1 training on select evolutions

2 Pairs of Tan BDU Pants (no tops)

5  Brown Training T Shirts 

7 pairs of Dri-Fit Athletic Socks

1Pair of over ankle Assault Boots Tan or Light Color is Best

1Pair of Cross Training/Running Shoes

1Tactical Web Belt

2 Pairs of Athletic Shorts/Swim Trunks  (with waist tie) 

1 medium Ruck Sack w/ Hydration Bladder

1 Cap or Boonie Hat 

5 Pair of compression under shorts

1 Towel for Off Site Pool Training

1 Pair Swim Fins, Dive Mask and Snorkel 

Casual attire for downtime. (jeans, shorts, t's, flip flops)

0600-0730 – Morning Fitness Assessment PST (Physical Screening Test)

0730-0830 – Breakfast

0830 – 0930 – Classroom (SOF Orientation and Organization)

0930-1100 - Swim Assessment and Stroke Critique, Pool

1100-1145 – Classroom (Situational Awareness) 

1145-1245– Lunch

1245-1430 – Run Clinic (Track/Beach)

1430-1600 –Classroom (mental preparation)

1600-1700 – PST improvement (Grinder)

1700 – 1800 – Dinner

1800-2200 – Free time, Journal, Develop Objectives

0600-0730 – Morning Fitness (Mobility)

0730-0830 – Breakfast

0830-1000 – Ocean Run/Swim

1000-1130 – Teamwork Drill

1130-1230 – Lunch

1230- 1400 – Classroom (SOF Orientation)

1400-1600 – Teamwork Drill

1600 -1700 – Dinner

1700-2100 – Beach Ruck

2100-completion – Clean up

0600-0700 – Grinder PT

0700- 0800 – Breakfast

0800-1200 – Small Boat Handling/paddling technique (ocean)

1200-1300 – Lunch

1300-1600 – Pistol Marksmanship

1600-1700 – Beach Run

1700-1800 – Dinner

 

Day 4

0600-0730 – Pool Swim critique

0730-0830 – Breakfast

0830-1000 – Classroom (Medical)

1000-1400 – Range Day

1400-1700 – Land Navigation

1700-1800 – Dinner

 

Day 5
